If you live, work, commute, or own a business along Selby Avenue, or want to help guide future development in the area, join us for a workshop to discuss what comes next:
Wednesday, September 23
6:00-7:30 p.m.
Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center, 271 N Mackubin
Zoning, the City’s rulebook for what can be built where, guides future development along Selby Avenue.
The City of Saint Paul wants your input about how we can use zoning to help the corridor grow in a way that supports community goals and investment in public transit.
The workshop will focus on the B Line’s route on Selby Avenue from Hamline Avenue to John Ireland Boulevard. Initial recommendations will be available for review online ahead of the workshop, and no knowledge of zoning is necessary to participate.
The evening will include a group review and facilitated discussion of proposed Traditional Neighborhood District zoning changes. This will be an interactive and participatory event – please arrive by 6:00 p.m. and plan to stay until 7:30 p.m.
